Although you probably have a Curb Driver Welcome Pack wallet full of useful guides and instruction manuals in the cab with you, we can’t guarantee that the information is entirely up to date now. The beauty and the curse of technology is that it changes so quickly so may not help you now as much as it did when it was first published.
Whether you’re reading this on a smartphone, tablet or laptop, you’ll have access to the internet and can access the Go Curb website. The information on there is updated regularly and gives you the right information whenever you need it – day or night. If you navigate to the Driver Services section from the main menu, you’ll find a section entitled Driver Services. In there, you’ll find the Curb InfoBank. That’s where you can see all the latest Curb user guides, info sheets and troubleshooting notes that should put you on the right track.
To make sure you have them handy at any time, you may want to download some files and/or even print them off. If so, do it now rather than wait until you’re in a fix just to be on the safe side.
