A trio of Fendi livery taxis, handpicked from their latest campaign fleet, became part of an art installation by artist Joshua Vides outside Harrods last month, and made the news.

The taxis were used to add an extra dimension to the Fendi Harrods ‘takeover’ which featured a complete makeover featuring a scaffolding hoarding all along the Brompton Road exhibition windows. The signature monochrome aesthetic design was by Vides and was carried through to the Fendi shop and a Fendi branded café.

Silvia Venturini Fendi, Creative Director at Fendi, shared a photo of her daughter getting into a Fendi taxi on Instagram. The taxis were used to chauffeur VIPs to the launch of the café and took them on a site tour of London’s Fendi outlets.
